THE IMMATURE CRITIC:

• criticizes everything and everyone, all the time,
• especially you,
• never satisfied,
• tries to protect you from being criticized by others,
• always knows „how it should be”,
• feels superior towards others,
• a harsh Critic causes depression and suicidal thoughts,
• damages your confidence and self-esteem in the name of „improvement”,
• damages other people’s confidence and self-esteem,
• damages relationships,
• sometimes uses other people to criticize you.

THE MATURE CRITIC VEL JUDGE:

• is neutral and objective,
• helps you discern between good/ bad/ true/ untrue…
• judges the situation you’re in,
• so you can make the best choices,
• is sharp and leaves no doubts,
• gives you a clear view of yourself and other people,
• always shows you the truth,
• never puts you down or criticizes you,
• is easier to hear than follow 🙂

My advice is:
whenever you recognize the voice of the Immature Critic – just remind it:
this is just your opinion, men.

And ask your inner Judge:
what’s the truth in this situation?
